The first picture is Evelyn Finley (1916-1989).She was an actress and stunt double mainly in westerns from 1936 to 1964.The colour picture is the as yet unidentified Little Red Riding Hood from 'Babes in Toyland'.There may be some years between the photos and I think the resemblance is strong.From other stills I have the height looks the same too.The 3rd and 4th pictures are Evelyn from the 1942 film 'Trail Riders' which was 8 years after 'Babes in Toyland'. Strangely there is a female stunt horserider in the 1932 short 'The Chimp' but she does not look much like Eve.
If Evelyn was Little Red Riding Hood. That would put her two years prior to her first known stunt woman role and six before her first known acting credit. However, I do see the resemblance you mention.
